These are third-party platforms, and any order or payment you make through them is completed entirely on that platform's own website. This Site does not process, take, or handle any order or payment. When you click a link to order, you leave this Site and complete the entire transaction on the third-party platform's site, under that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy.

For orders placed through DoorDash or Uber Eats: the order is placed, paid for, fulfilled, and (if applicable) refunded entirely under that platform's own terms. Delivery is performed by that platform's own couriers, not by Agave Bandido. Prices and menu items shown on DoorDash or Uber Eats may differ from those shown on this Site.

For orders placed through Toast: the order is placed and paid for entirely under Toast's own terms, on Toast's website.

Agave Bandido is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or content of DoorDash, Toast, or Uber Eats, and is not responsible for any issue arising from an order placed through those platforms.
