Reservations and Online Ordering

Reservations. Table reservations on this Site are handled through OpenTable, a third-party reservation platform. When you make a reservation, your reservation details (party size, date, time) and contact information (name, email, phone) are collected and processed by OpenTable under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Agave Bandido is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of the OpenTable platform.

Online Ordering. This Site provides links to online ordering through DoorDash, Toast, and Uber Eats. These are third-party platforms: when you click through to place an order, you leave this website and complete your entire order (including menu selection, payment, and checkout) on that platform's own website. This Site does not take your order or process your payment.

For DoorDash and Uber Eats orders: your order is placed, paid for, fulfilled, and (if applicable) refunded entirely under that platform's own terms. Delivery is performed by that platform's own couriers, not by Agave Bandido. Menu items and prices shown on those platforms may differ from what is shown on this Site.

Toast orders are likewise placed and paid for entirely on Toast's own platform, under Toast's own terms.
